LGS/CFS profile data sheet
Section, sheet thickness (0.85 to 2.5 mm), Zn-Al-Mg coating at 275 g/m² (ZM275 / ZMM275), base-material standard (ASTM A1003) and manufacturing tolerance (±0.5 mm), for the profile families that apply to your project.

Every document is issued against the scope of your project — it arrives signed, covering the sections we are actually going to supply you. No generic PDF that turns out to describe a product you are not buying.
NewCon Steel's technical documentation — profile data sheets, a sample structural calculation package, the steel mill certificate, the section catalog and the erection guide — is issued on request and sent within 24 business hours from the plant at Centro Industrial PEB, Las Mañanitas, Panama City.
We could publish a catalog PDF full of sections that may have nothing to do with what your project needs, and you would find that out at the quotation. We prefer the opposite: you ask for the document, we issue it against your scope — thicknesses, sections and the code of the destination country — and it arrives correct the first time. Reply in under 24 business hours.
Each one described honestly, for what it contains and what it does not. If you need something that is not on this list, ask anyway: we will tell you whether it exists.

A worked example of a structural calculation package to AISI S100-16 (R2020) w/S3-22 and AISI S240-20, so your reviewing engineer can see the format, the scope and the level of detail before contracting. Your project's package is a different document: it comes sealed by an engineer licensed in your jurisdiction.
The mill certificate for the Zn-Al-Mg coil: composition, mechanical properties and coating mass. It is issued against the lot actually supplied — which is why the one for your order cannot exist before your order does.
The profile families, their dimensions and their section properties, for the sections confirmed for your project. We issue it with what we manufacture, not with a theoretical list of everything a roll-former could conceivably produce.
How the pieces and panels are identified, lifted and fixed: numbering against the model, erection sequence and fastener type. Erection is bolted and screwed: no field welding and no site galvanizing.
The list of standards the steel is designed and manufactured to, with the exact edition of each, ready to attach to your bid documents or your procurement file. If your specification calls for a standard we do not meet, we say so in that same reply.
If what you need is a number for a specification or a comparison, you do not have to ask for anything: it is right here, and it is the same number you will read in the document.
We do not publish MOQs, fabrication lead times in days, installed capacity or prices. Those depend on the project and on the production mix: we confirm them in writing in the quotation, not on a web page.
The more specific you are, the more useful the document that comes back. With these five items we can issue almost any of the above without a second round of emails.
An engineer issues it against your real scope, not against a template. And if what you actually need is a quotation, that comes back in 48 hours.
