How to complete the template
- Download the CSV and open it in Excel or another spreadsheet. If all fields appear in one column, import as UTF-8 and select comma as the delimiter.
- Keep the header row. Complete the blank rows and add more as needed.
- Use a decimal point in numeric columns in this template. Keep part codes and revisions as text.
- Save a copy with the project identifier and revision. Share the file through a link in the quote request.

Field guide
| Data group | How to complete it |
|---|---|
| Project, destination and date | Identify the project, country, city or municipality, proposed delivery point and required date. Record access conditions in notes. |
| Drawing and revision | Use the drawing or model identifier and revision. If the design is pending, enter “To be defined” in notes. |
| Product and part code | State profiles, panels or kit and the part, panel or assembly code from the takeoff. Use one row per item. |
| Section, thickness and length | Copy the section and dimensions from the available design. Record thickness and length in mm. Leave undefined values blank rather than estimating them. |
| Quantity and unit | Keep the number separate from its unit. Use consistent units: pieces, linear meters, panel m² or metric tons, according to scope. Do not sum quantities with different units. |
| Notes and documents | Record delivery stages, accessories, engineering scope and missing information. You can share a folder or drawing link in the request form. |

Before sending
The schedule supports quotation preparation. It is not a fabrication drawing, design approval, purchase order or structural calculation. NewCon Steel® confirms supply scope against available documents and the agreed offer.
The file contains no prices, formulas, example quantities or recommended sections. Enter only available information and identify what the designer or supply team needs to resolve.
