The split
NewCon manufactures. SmartBrix builds. PEB engineers.
Plenty of groups leave that boundary deliberately blurred. We draw it in plain sight: each brand sells a different thing, and saying so out loud is what makes the group work.
NewCon Steel® is the steel manufacturing brand of the PEB Corp Group. What you buy here is material: linear metres of profile, m² of pre-assembled panel, tons of structure. We manufacture, supply, ship and certify the steel.
Pre-Engineered Buildings Corp is the group's parent company: it provides the structural engineering, the BIM design and the institutional relationship. It is the brand that delivers pre-engineered buildings.
SmartBrix Construction is the construction arm: it executes turnkey and modular construction using the steel we manufacture.
If what you need is a finished building, the conversation is not with NewCon — and we will tell you that in the first email, not in the third meeting.

The plant
Centro Industrial PEB, Las Mañanitas, Panama City
NewCon Steel manufactures at Centro Industrial PEB, Las Mañanitas, Panama City. The address is public and the plant can be visited.
The plant operates inside Centro Industrial PEB, the group's industrial facility. There, Zn-Al-Mg coated steel coil is cold roll-formed, the profiles are CNC-cut, punched, marked and labelled, and the structural panels are assembled before dispatch.
That location is also a commercial decision: from Panama, transit to Central America and the Caribbean is measured in days rather than weeks, with no transpacific crossing and no full-container MOQ.

We draw this distinction ourselves, before your procurement department has to.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 37001 are certifications held by the PEB Corp Group. They are not certifications of NewCon Steel as an independent entity, and we are not going to present them as such.
What is NewCon Steel's own is everything you can audit in the piece itself: the ±0.5 mm tolerance, the traceability back to the steel lot, the mill certificate, and the standard each profile is designed to.
