Content on newconsteel.com is published for information and commercial purposes. You may read it, quote it with attribution and share it. You may not reproduce it commercially, or systematically scrape it, without written permission.

3. Technical information — scope and limits

The specifications, material designations, standards and ranges published here are general product information, not project engineering. They do not replace the structural calculations, shop drawings or mill certificates that accompany a supply. The binding values for an order are those stated in the quotation, the issued datasheet and the corresponding material certificates. Every structure must be designed and verified by a competent structural engineer under the code applicable in the project's jurisdiction.

4. Duties, customs and origin

Any reference to Panamanian origin, certificates of origin or preferential access is general guidance only. Final tariff treatment is determined by the customs authority of the destination country, based on its tariff schedule in force, the applicable trade agreement and the specific rules of origin for the tariff heading. NewCon Steel® does not guarantee any particular tariff outcome and recommends confirming it through an advance ruling before contracting.

5. Quotations

Forms and messages on this site do not constitute a binding offer. A quotation binds us only when issued in writing and signed, with express scope, price, lead time and conditions, and within its validity period.

6. Trademarks

NewCon Steel® is a registered trademark. Other marks and standards referenced (for example ASTM, AISI, ISO) belong to their respective owners and are named for identification only.

7. Links and liability

The site links to third-party sites, including those of other PEB Corp Group companies; we are not responsible for their content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewCon Steel® shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, and any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Panama City, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
