Cold-formed studs, tracks and hat channels — CNC-cut, punched, marked and labelled.

Coil goes in one end; a finished structural member comes out the other. Walk it the way you would walk the floor — to see how your steel is made before you release the PO.
NewCon Steel manufactures at Centro Industrial PEB, Las Mañanitas, Panama City, on CNC cold-forming lines that cut, punch, mark and label every profile to a ±0.5 mm tolerance, with piece-by-piece traceability back to the originating steel coil.
Coated coil enters the mill and leaves as a finished structural member — marked, labelled and ready to assemble. Nothing gets cut by hand in between.
The coil is loaded onto the decoiler and fed into the roll-forming line, where the steel is cold-formed — at ambient temperature — into the structural section. On the same line, CNC control executes cut-to-length, punches the service and pass-through holes, and marks and labels every piece.
That means the member that lands on your site already carries its mark, its position in the model and its holes. Nobody measures, cuts or drills in the field. The scrap stays in our plant instead of on your job budget.
Cold forming is also the transformation that supports the Panamanian origin of the goods: it changes the tariff heading of the product, from flat-rolled product to structural section. The coating confers no origin; the forming does.

Every one of these values appears on the mill certificate and on the data sheet we issue with the order. If a figure is not on this page, it is because it is not yet confirmed for your project — we confirm it in writing in the quotation.
We do not publish installed capacity, line count or fabrication lead times in days: those figures depend on the production mix, and we confirm them in writing only in the quotation for your project.
We receive the structural model, the drawings, or simply the area and the building typology. From that comes the take-off: how many pieces, in what section, in what thickness, and in what sequence they are needed on site.
24 business hoursWe issue the quotation with the scope of supply, the documentation included and the dispatch terms. No ballpark price over the phone: in writing or not at all.
48 hThe cut list is loaded to the line. The steel is formed, cut, punched and labelled piece by piece against the model.
If the scope includes panels, they are assembled and dimensionally checked against the shop drawings before bundling. Correcting a squareness error here is far cheaper than correcting it on site.
Material is bundled by lot, the mill certificate is issued — and, for export, the Panamanian certificate of origin — and the shipment leaves.
A panel out of square in the plant costs an adjustment. The same panel out of square on an island, with the crane on a day rate, costs a schedule.
Every frame and every panel is checked against the shop drawings before it moves to bundling. NewCon Steel's manufacturing dimensional tolerance is ±0.5 mm, and that is the figure controlled piece by piece.
Traceability runs the same way: every piece can be tracked back to the steel lot it came from. When a reviewer asks for the mill certificate, nobody has to reconstruct it — it is already tied to the lot.

Cold-formed studs, tracks and hat channels — CNC-cut, punched, marked and labelled.
Wall panels, floor cassettes and trusses assembled in the plant, numbered and sequenced against the structural model.
The building's entire structure — profiles, panels, connections and accessories — on a single purchase order.
Zn-Al-Mg–coated frames and structure with holes and connections executed in the plant: erected with bolts.
Production hall, roll-forming line, profile staging, frame assembly, overhead crane and dispatch yard.

ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 37001 are certifications held by the PEB Corp Group, not by NewCon Steel as a separate entity. The plant operates inside Centro Industrial PEB and under the group's management systems. We state it that way because that is exactly how an auditor will ask it.
