This policy explains how NewCon Steel®, the manufacturing brand of the PEB Corp Group, with its plant at Centro Industrial PEB, Las Mañanitas, Ciudad de Panamá, Panamá, handles the personal data you provide through newconsteel.com.

1. Data controller

2. What we collect

• Data you give us in the quote request form: name, work email, company, phone, project country, product type and whatever project description you choose to include.
• Usage data collected by Google Analytics (GA4), only if you accept analytics cookies: pages viewed, referral source, device, and an anonymised IP address.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your data solely to (a) answer your request and prepare a quote; (b) maintain the commercial correspondence arising from it; and (c) measure site usage in aggregate. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry that you initiated, under Law 81 of 2019 on personal data protection of the Republic of Panama and Executive Decree 285 of 2021.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with: (a) PEB Corp Group companies where your request falls within their scope (for example, a turnkey project handled by SmartBrix Construction); and (b) our technology providers acting as processors — Formspree (form processing) and Google Analytics (analytics). These providers may store information outside Panama.

5. Retention

We keep quote requests for as long as a potential or active commercial relationship exists, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal or contractual obligations. Analytics data is retained per the Google Analytics retention settings.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, portability, deletion, objection or restriction of processing at any time by writing to info@newconsteel.com. We will respond within the periods set by applicable law. If you believe your request was not properly handled, you may contact Panama's National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we apply reasonable safeguards. No system is perfect: please do not send confidential or NDA-bound documentation through the form without arranging it with us first.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
