The PEB Corp Group has been delivering projects since 2009. On some of our projects, the cold-formed steel structure was fabricated at the group plant, in operation since 2018; on others, the group carried out the installation. Two references: the Ministry of Defense, 39,000 m² (about 420,000 sq ft) in 8 months, and Universidad del Rosario, 11,500 m² (about 123,800 sq ft) in 100 days.
The projects on this page are PEB Corp Group projects with a cold-formed steel structure. PEB Corp handled the engineering, and SmartBrix Construction handled the construction. For your own project, NewCon Steel® supplies cold-formed steel as material: LGS/CFS profiles, structural panels and structural kits.

The projects below belong to the group; we publish them as references for the cold-formed steel system, not as NewCon Steel orders. NewCon Steel was not the contractor of record. 39,000 m² delivered in 8 months. It is the group's scale reference. It shows the volume a cold-formed steel frame can absorb when the structure arrives prefabricated instead of being framed piece by piece on site.

A reference project’s area and delivery period describe that case; they do not guarantee another building’s schedule. NewCon Steel does not publish tonnage, linear meters or prices for these projects, because they are third-party contract data.
This list belongs to the PEB Corp Group, not to NewCon Steel as a standalone entity. We publish it because it shows that the group has been through institutional, corporate and heavy-industry procurement, with the document review those processes require.

NewCon Steel manufactures LGS/CFS profiles, structural panels, structural kits and bolted structural steel at the group plant, in operation since 2018. What you buy is material: linear meters, m² of panel or metric tons (1,000 kg) of structure.
