Choose your level of supply
If you already have a structural designer and contractor, decide how much assembly you need completed at the plant. The comparison below helps you prepare a request with quantities and a clear scope.
LGS/CFS profiles
Cold-formed studs, tracks, hat sections, C sections and Z sections. For buyers whose contractor handles assembly.
Specify sections, thicknesses in millimeters, lengths, quantities and drawing revisions.
View product and scopeStructural panels
Structural assemblies pre-assembled at the plant. For buyers coordinating supply and the erection sequence by panel.
Confirm dimensions, identification, transport, unloading, storage and lifting.
View product and scopeStructural kits
Components for the structure defined in the order. For buyers reviewing profiles, connections and accessories as a complete scope.
Check the bill of materials, engineering documents, included items and exclusions.

Material, traceability and project design
NewCon Steel® publishes sheet thicknesses of 0.85 to 2.5 mm, Zn-Al-Mg coating of 275 g/m² total across both faces and a CNC dimensional tolerance of ±0.5 mm. Confirm the order specification and batch certificates before purchase.
Section, thickness and connection selection depends on the structural design and the conditions of the Colombian project. Ask the quote to identify the approved fabrication drawings, structural calculations where applicable and the party responsible for engineering. Coordinate review of Colombia’s NSR-10 seismic-resistant construction regulations and amendments with the project engineer.
See engineering and standards, technical library and project documents and the Minvivienda reference on NSR-10 (Spanish).
